By accessing any game on Cosmic Tiles, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using our games. No account needs to be deleted and no data needs to be erased, because we hold neither.
Cosmic Tiles provides free browser-based puzzle and entertainment games. All games are delivered as static web pages that run inside your browser. There are no user accounts, no subscription tiers, no in-app purchases, no virtual currencies, and no advertising. We may add new games, update existing ones, or remove games from the collection at any time without prior notice.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play Cosmic Tiles games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may play as often as you like, on as many devices as you like, and share the website URL freely with others.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any game for the purpose of creating derivative works or competing products. You may not use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to interact with our games in ways they were not designed for. You may not redistribute, sublicence, or sell our game files or any portion of them.
All content on Cosmic Tiles — including but not limited to source code, game logic, visual artwork, animations, sound effects, music, typography choices, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Cosmic Tiles and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
All games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser, operating system, or device.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmic Tiles shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our games. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our games after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
